Established in 2001 in Thanh Hoa, Vinastone is a joint-venture between Ha Thanh Binh Industries (Vietnam) and foreign partners with the initial aim to export blue stone.
In 2001: The co-operation agreement was signed between Ha Thanh Binh Industries (Vietnam) and foreign partners with the initial aim to be the leading company in manufacturing, exporting natural stone products to the European market.
In 2004: Vinastone started to supply domestic market with natural stones based on the capacity of Vinastone Thanh Hoa factory (quarrying and manufacturing of blue stone for export) and Vinastone Hanoi (manufacturing natural stones for domestic market). In addition, Vinastone built a team of engineers and skilled workers that can execute big projects such as Hanoi Intercontinental, Sofitel Metropole, Golden Westlake…
In 2005: Vinastone received the merit from The people’s committee of Thanh Hoa province and the Ministry of Construction for export achievements and years of honored brand enterprises in the construction industry.
In 2008: Recognized as one of the Top 100 Vinastone brands that have affect on Vietnam's market in the survey on national brands held by VCCI.
Currently, along with investment in machinery, modern equipment and business image, Vinastone has gradually been building and improving management systems to receive the certificate of quality management ISO in 2010.

2009: - Expanded the export market to Japan, America, Australia ... - Introduced the new brand identity to match the new development.
2010: - Sign financing contract with SEAF Blue Waters Growth Fund to increase production capacity, including new and expanded production facilities, stone shaping and finishing & quarrying equipment so as to better accommodate the increasing level of orders and stone installation projects demanded by Vietnam and overseas markets - Merge Vinamarble brand into Vinastone’s products system. - Introduce the X-Gallery Collection with unique natural stones imported.
